Brandon and Lola were married on the stage at Jesus Culture in Poway in June 2024, under the stage lights with the drum kit and keys still set up behind them. Afterward we took portraits outside against a hedge of purple blooms. Their film runs five minutes.

Getting married on a stage built for worship means the light is already designed. We kept the band's drum kit and keys in frame because they told the story of where Brandon and Lola were.
After the ceremony we stepped outside to a hedge of purple blooms for portraits, a short walk that gave the film its daylight moments.
