Filming a wedding at Awaken Church

Awaken Church is my home church, and Kris and Pearl's too; we're all plugged in there. It's also where I started making films. For Kris + Pearl the ceremony happened on the stage, with their monogram on the screen behind them; the stage lighting means every angle is usable.

Before the ceremony they prayed back to back for their first look, in the same building. The reception moved outside under string lights and a pergola.

Every venue is different. I adapt coverage to the venue, the couple and their budget, backyards included.
