How much do photo and film cost together?

$2,495 to $8,495. Hybrid packages, where I shoot both, are Hybrid Elopement $2,495, Hybrid Day $4,495, Hybrid Day + 2nd Shooter $4,995. Full Team packages, a film team plus a photo team, are Covenant Team $6,495, Legacy Team $8,495.

Which one fits depends on the size of the day: hybrid is for elopements, intimate days and smaller weddings (Hybrid Day is for up to 75 guests); a full-size wedding needs Hybrid Day + 2nd Shooter or a Full Team.

What changes the price?

Four things, in this order:

• — Hours: up to 4 hours for elopements, 8 for a full day, 10 on the Legacy tiers.
• — Crew: one shooter, a second shooter ($600/day as an add-on), or a full team on each side.
• — What you get back: gallery size and sneak peeks, film length (2–3 minutes up to a 12-minute feature), the edited ceremony and toasts, teasers and vertical cuts.
• — Travel: Elopement and Vow tiers include San Diego County. Covenant tiers include Southern California. Legacy tiers include all of California. Hybrid tiers include San Diego County. Anything beyond is quoted.

How do bundles work?

A Full Team is a film tier and a photo tier booked together for less than the two separately: the Covenant Team is $6,495 ($9,490 separately) and the Legacy Team is $8,495 ($14,990 separately).

Hybrid is the other way to bundle: one creative shooting both, from $2,495. Hybrid Day + 2nd Shooter ($4,995) adds a dedicated second shooter so a bigger day is still covered from two places at once.

How do payments work?

All bookings: a 30% retainer reserves your date; the balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding or event. Full Team bookings (Covenant Team, Legacy Team): 3 payments — 30% to reserve, 30% at 90 days before, 40% due 2 weeks before. The retainer is non-refundable and applied to your total.
